[:en]The apartment house “La Chiripa” was built in 1972 in Puerto de la Cruz, in the quiet district of San Fernando, right across the beautiful Taoro Park.
In just a few minutes, you can walk to the center of Puerto de la Cruz, a cosmopolitan tourist city, which has numerous establishments, shops, restaurants and bars.
To access the city center, you practically only have to cross the Parque de Taoro, enjoying its pleasant views and gardens. Also, near of the apartments we have different services: shops, restaurants and bars.
The Building has more than 142 Apartments on 9 floors between 42 and 68 square meters of living space, with terraces of different sizes, as well as offices and a Lobby with comfortable furniture. The building also has a common area for owners and tenants with a small gym, library, and an area with tables and chairs for pleasant meetings.
The apartments have an open kitchen, bathroom, living room and one or two bedrooms. The apartments have a free WLAN network. All the apartments are privately owned, so some owners in the community dedicate them to rent and others use them as their first or second home. The building enjoys magnificent views of the Atlantic, Puerto de la Cruz and the La Orotava Valley. The views at night are highly recommended.
The building has a large swimming pool, heated in winter. From the pool you also have wonderful views of the Atlantic, Mount Teide, and Parque de Taoro.
The apartments have TV, with channels in Spanish and German, and Wi-Fi internet connection. It has its own parking spaces, both indoors and outdoors.
The community of owners is under a German presidency, with an administration office for owners that provide services in Spanish, German and English. There is a daily consultation schedule in the administration office in the building. The community also has its own Technical Service that is in charge of the daily maintenance of the building. There is also a contracted Cleaning Company that takes care of the necessary daily cleaning of the common areas of „La Chiripa“.[:de]Das 1972 erbaute Appartementhaus „La Chiripa“ befindet sich in Puerto de la Cruz, im ruhigen Stadtteil San Fernando gegenüber des wunder schönen Taoro-Park.
Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten in den Trubel der malerischen City von Puerto mit Ihren unzähligen Geschäften, Restaurants und Kneipen.
Man muss auf dem Weg in die Innenstadt praktisch nur den toll gestalteten Taoro-Park durchqueren. Auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hauses findet man Geschäfte für alles nötige, so wie einige Restaurants und Kneipen.
Das Appartementhaus selbst verfügt auf 9 Etagen über 142 Appartements zwischen 42 qm und 68 qm Wohnfläche mi tunterschiedlichen Terrassen größen sowie über Büros und eine Lobby mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Fitnessgeräten, kleiner Bibliothek und Tischen und Stühlen für ein gemütliches Beisammen sein.
Die Appartements verfügen über eine offene Küche, Badezimmer, Wohnraum und einem bzw. zwei Schlafzimmer. Alle Appartements befinden sich im Privatbesitz und werden von den Eigentümern teilweise vermietet. Das Haus liegt eingangsseitig an einer Nebenstraße. Straßenseitig bieten die Wohnungen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Atlantik, Puerto de la Cruz und das Orotavatal. Besonders nachts lässt dieser Blick den Atemstocken. Poolseitig hat man einen tollen Blick auf Atlantik, Teide, Pool und Taoro Park. Zur Anlage gehören ein großer, durchgängig beheizter Pool. In den Wohnungen gibt es spanisches und deutsches Fernsehen und kostenlosen WLAN Zugang.
Im und am Haus befinden sich auch eine Parkgarage und Außenparkplätze.
Das Haus befindet sich unter deutscher Präsidentschaft und spanisch, englisch und deutschsprachiger Hausverwaltung, welche arbeitstägliche Sprechzeiten im hauseigenen Verwaltungsbüro abhält. Einbei der Haus verwaltungangestellter Haustechniker sorgt täglich für die Wartung und Erhaltung des Hauses, eine Vertrags-Reinigungsfirma ist täglich für die notwendige Sauberkeit im La Chiripa verantwortlich.[:es]Los Apartamentos “La Chiripa“ fueron construidos en 1972. Están situados en el Puerto de la Cruz, en la zona llamada por los lugareños como San Fernando. Los apartamentos se encuentran justo enfrente al hermoso Parque de Taoro.
En solo unos minutos, se llega a pie al centro del Puerto de la Cruz, ciudad turística y cosmopolita, que cuenta con numerosos establecimientos, tiendas, restaurantes y bares.
Para acceder al centro de la ciudad prácticamente solo hay que cruzar el Parque de Taoro, disfrutando de su agradable entorno y jardines. En las cercanías de los apartamentos tenemos distintos servicios: tiendas, restaurantes y bares.
El Edificio cuenta con más de 142 Apartamentos en 9 plantas entre 42 y 68 metros cuadrados de superficie habitable, con terrazas de distintos tamaños, además de oficinas y un Vestíbulo con mobiliario confortable. El edificio también dispone para propietarios e inquilinos un área común con pequeño gimnasio, biblioteca y mesas y sillas para agradables reuniones.
Los apartamentos tienen cocina abierta, baño, sala y una o dos habitaciones. Los apartamentos cuentan con red WLAN gratuita. Todos los Apartamentos son de propiedad privada, por lo que algunos propietarios de la comunidad los dedican al alquiler y otros los usan como primera o segunda vivienda. El edificio goza de magníficas vistas al Atlántico, al Puerto de la Cruz y al Valle de La Orotava. Son muy recomendables las vistas por las noches.
Las instalaciones cuentan con una gran piscina, con climatización en invierno. Desde la piscina también se tienen unas vistas maravillosas al Atlántico, al Teide, y al Parque de Taoro.
Los apartamentos tienen Televisión, con canales en español y alemán, y conexión inalámbrica a internet. Se cuenta con plazas de garajes propias, tanto interiores como exteriores.
La comunidad de propietarios está bajo presidencia alemana, con unas oficinas de administración para propietarios, que atienden tanto en español como alemán e inglés, teniendo horario de Consulta diaria en la Oficina del propio edificio. La comunidad también cuenta con Servicio Técnico propio que revisa a diario el edificio y una Empresa de Limpieza contratada se encarga de la limpieza diaria necesaria de las zonas comunes de “La Chiripa “.[:]
